If you separately select an optional SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Alliance 1 Health of the types described next to that checkbox, at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
