Alliance 1 Health does not underwrite insurance policies. All insurance products are issued by independent carriers. Plan availability, premiums, benefits, and eligibility rules are determined solely by the applicable carrier and may change at any time.

3. No Legal or Medical Advice

The information on this Site and provided through our Services is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. Nothing in our communications creates an attorney-client, physician-patient, or fiduciary relationship.

4. Eligibility

Text/SMS messages require a separate, affirmative opt-in through the optional SMS consent checkbox or another documented consent method. SMS consent is not required to use our Services, apply for employment, or purchase any insurance product.

If you opt in to SMS, you may receive recurring automated text messages from Alliance 1 Health of the types described next to the applicable consent control. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also withdraw consent to marketing communications by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email or contacting us at info@alliance1health.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALLIANCE 1 HEALTH LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALLIANCE 1 HEALTH LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO ALLIANCE 1 HEALTH LLC IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alliance 1 Health LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site or Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any information you submit to or through the Site.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, EITHER PARTY MAY SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF IN ANY COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO PREVENT IRREPARABLE HARM.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement
